If I could, I’d give this pellet grill 10 stars out of 5! I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. It’s dead-simple to cook with, delivers consistently delicious results, heats up quickly, is easy to maintain. It also runs hot enough to get a good sear on meats and veggies. I’ve made jerk chicken, baby back ribs, smoked cauliflower, grilled veggies, burgers, potatoes, sweet potatoes, chicken wings, smoked salmon, steaks, quiches, and bacon, just to name a few things. I also like the fact that unlike gas or charcoal grills, I don’t have to nurse my food, constantly flip things or worry about grease flairs.

I did the inaugural cook with a 10.5-pound brisket on a 19hr smoke over mesquite pellets. First time I ever smoked meat and it turned out better than 90% BBQ places I’ve visited. The probe was amazing and allowed me to maintain my heat and still monitor temps. I’m never going back!

Overall this is a great grill, works as advertised and easy to use. First, this thing is *solid*. The assembly instructions are easy and straightforward and everything is well labeled, no guesswork. Much like the materials the fit and finish is top notch, no having to force things to fit and once assembled the grill looks great. My grill has been very stable with it’s temperatures, usually with a few degrees of the set temperature. I can highly recommend this grill for both smoking (my main use) and grilling so if you only have space for a single grill / smoker, this can easily handle both.

I love my new smoker. Very easy to use as you can dial in the temperature you want. So far I have done pulled pork, beef ribs, pork spareribs, steaks, and all have come out perfectly. Thanks to the auto-pellet feed all you have to worry about is spraying on your favorite moistener or slathering on your favorite BBQ sauce. I can’t recommend this smoker/grill enough. My family loves grilling on Sunday , and this definitely hits the spot .
